Training Programme

White Collar Boxing League® has created a series of boxing exercise routines that utilise the same conditioning experience as used by championship boxers. Our boxing classes are aimed at anyone and doesn’t require any previous boxing experience. 

Looking to lose weight, improve your fitness levels and overall body tone? Our training sessions are the
perfect way to get in shape. You can even join in our league and fight at a live event. Either way by the end of your 8 weeks training you will be confident, fit and physically prepared to enter the ring and fight. You will be monitored throughout your training programme by our team of professional coaches to ensure your technique, footwork, weight, sparring and fitness levels are fully optimised. You may also be asked to have a trial session with our coaches at the start of your training programme so we know exactly what level you are to ensure you are matched appropriately.
